Hotel Policy: Cancellation: We require 48-hour* notice of any cancellation. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled arrival will result in a charge equivalent to the first night of your stay. Late Arrival or Early Departure: Any modification to your original reservation requires 48-hour notice to avoid penalty. If you arrive later or depart earlier, you will be charged for the full length of the original reservation. No refunds will be given for unused portions of the reservation. No-Show: No-shows will also be charged for the full length of the original reservation. The hotel will not hold a room reservation for a no-show past the first night of the reservation. *IMPORTANT NOTE: ALL SPECIAL EVENT RESERVATIONS FOR HOME FOOTBALL WEEKENDS, THE ANN ARBOR ART FAIR, AND COMMENCEMENT WEEKENDS ARE PRE-CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT AT THE TIME OF BOOKING AND ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR CANCELED RESERVATIONS.
